What is the process?
After you fill out the order form, I will reach out to you within 24 hours. I will provide you with details on photo sharing, an approximate completion time, and answer any questions you might have. After you upload photos, we will discuss which will work best for your portrait. When the portrait is complete, I will email you a proof for final approval. Then, we’ll arrange for shipping or pickup of your masterpiece!
When will my portrait be finished?
It depends on the complexity of the portrait and how many are in the queue. Current turnaround time is 12-16 weeks. (Why the wait?) Once you've placed your order, I can give you an estimate.
What if I have a specific date in mind?
If you need a painting by a specific date, I can often work with you. In some cases there may be a rush fee. I also have gift cards available! Please get in touch for details.
How many photos should I send?
It's best if you can send 4–5 photos so that I can get a sense of the pet's personality. Then we'll choose one that will work well on canvas.
How does payment work?
After you place your order, I will send you an invoice for 50% of the total. The second half will be due upon final approval of your proof.
